The Women Mentorship Program is a platform for university students and recent graduates to connect with BCG mentors who are relatable and inspiring. The program consists of events led by motivational facilitators, personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and engaging group activities, all of which span over a period of 6 months.

Our top priority is to match each participant with a mentor who is most suitable for them, ensuring that they receive the maximum benefits from the program. You and your mentor will work together to approach performance from a strength-based perspective, discover valuable skills and techniques that can assist your career growth, and move closer to achieving your developmental goals.

The program is open for university students and graduates who self-identify as women and are eager to advance their careers. The program begins with a kick-off session in May and ends with a closing session in September. The program guarantees the selected mentees an interview for our recruiting process after completion.

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of creativity, cocktails, and connections! Join us at our upcoming event on Wednesday 26th of April, hosted by Boston Consulting Group, where you’ll have the chance to unleash your inner artist and network with like-minded individuals. The event takes place at Studio & Bar, Eerikinkatu 11, Helsinki.

Grab a paintbrush and sip on delicious cocktails as you create a masterpiece alongside an expert instructor. During the event you’ll be able to express yourself and let your imagination run wild while you mingle with BCGers who will be there to answer all your questions you may have about consulting and BCG. No previous painting experience is required!

This is a very relaxed event, so leave your suits at home. There will be aprons provided, but kindly wear attire that you are comfortable with potentially getting paint on. The event starts at 6PM and ends at 8PM. There will be small snacks reserved for us, but please eat beforehand if you are very hungry!

So don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity and get ready for an evening of fun, creativity, and networking. Unfortunately, seats for this event are limited.

During the event you will get an introduction to BCG (Boston Consulting Group) Helsinki, our DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) agenda, and Pride network, Pride@BCG. At the event, you have the possibility to meet Pride@BCG members, ask questions in a panel discussion, and hear more about the diverse career paths in BCG while enjoying a delicious breakfast.

Are you interested in a career in consulting and would like to learn more about what consulting is all about? Or perhaps you are not familiar with case interviews and would like to know more about how to prepare yourself for them? Or maybe you have questions regarding our ongoing recruitment for EY Experience Trainee Program? Whatever the reason is, EY Consulting is happy to invite you to join a Grape Escape event with a small case interview introduction and case solving example on Tuesday February 21st, 16:00-22:00 in our EY Office, Alvar Aallon katu 5C Helsinki.

During the event you will get the chance to meet our consultants from different teams and catch a unique glimpse of the work we do at EY Consulting. The event is followed by a general introduction to a case interview process and our consultants from EY will solve a case as an example. Prior knowledge or experience of case solving is not required since our consultants are there to give you guidance and tips to learn more about them. In addition to networking and getting yourself familiar with case solving, wine tasting will be hosted at the event by Astra Wines. Food and snacks will be served at the venue.

Interested in management consulting and eager to learn of the daily lives of a consultant? We are happy to invite you to spend a casual evening with some of our consultants from BCG Helsinki Office! Boston Consulting Group is a global consulting firm that partners with leaders to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities.

During this fun get-together, our consultants will share insights on consulting as a career path and on their daily work. Our own Olivia Leskinen (principal) will shine light on what happens behind the curtains of our global initiative Women@BCG. Besides networking and getting to know each other, you’ll get to make your own cocktails and hear some tricks for preparing the most delicious drinks.

During the evening we will tell you about management consulting, what it’s like to work at BCG and why we do what we do. You will hear different consulting journeys from people with different career paths. We will share everything you need to know about the internship, applying, and the interview process during the info session. You will get all your questions answered and meet our consultants, who will share their firsthand tips and experiences to ace the process.

There will be sushi for dinner, and you’ll have a chance to have casual chats with BCG Aalto Biz alumni during the evening.

BCG Platinion’s “Women in Digital” Mentorship program for students and professionals could be an exciting opportunity for you! Join us as a mentee to kickstart your career together with BCG Platinion, the department of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) that focuses on strategic technology advisory. 

During the program, which consists of group events and one-on-one mentoring sessions, you will receive real-life insights into working with technology strategy as a Management Consultant, meet like-minded people and develop your problem-solving skills.  

Together with your mentor, you would work on your personal growth and practice case interviews, which can eventually result in an internship or full-time offer with BCG Platinion. 

The mentorship will take place from March to May 2023.
