As Head of Asset Management, you will oversee the technical and commercial operations, work with wpd management team and the wpd group’s owners. You will analyze reports, assess project performance, maintain stakeholder relations, negotiate contracts, and ensure wind farm profitability.

Required Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in the wind energy sector
- A relevant higher education degree (e.g., industrial engineering, business, electrical/mechanical/energy fields)
- Strong understanding of electrical or mechanical systems and financial analysis
- Ability to interpret contracts and propose modifications
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented working style
- Fluent in Finnish and English
