KSS Energia is looking for an experienced and visionary expert to accelerate group-level growth as Innovation and Growth Director. This is a strategically important role where you will build and lead a model for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing new innovation and growth initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovation and growth strategies
- Lead cross-functional development projects from idea to execution
- Strengthen the organization’s innovation capabilities
- Coordinate supplier and stakeholder collaboration
- Chair the product and service development forum
Your Background:
- Experience in innovation or growth strategy design and execution
- Strong project and process leadership, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors
- Relevant university degree (e.g., engineering, business, tech)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English
