Redstone, in partnership with the City of Tampere, is launching a new startup acceleration program. It’s looking for a Startup Community and Program Manager to lead it locally—organizing events, supporting early-stage startups, connecting founders with mentors and investors, and building a vibrant community at Platform6. You’ll also support Redstone’s defense industry accelerator in Riihimäki and assist with venture activities.
Your Profile:
- Experienced in startup ecosystems, accelerators, VC networks, or entrepreneurial communities
- Strong coordination, project management, and networking skills
- Energetic, social, and service-oriented personality
- Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus
