Regularly reviewed compensation package
- We follow a unified compensation package for compensation equality and transparency
- Monthly compensation starts at 3 200€ for Business Analyst Interns and 4 750€ for Business Analysts – entry-level compensation is aligned with entry career level based on the applied position and the candidate’s prior experience
- For Business Analysts, career advancements are guided by our bi-annual performance evaluation process
