Windly is a commercial advisor specializing in Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), connecting renewable energy producers with large-scale electricity buyers. With experience on both buy-side and sell-side mandates, Windly plays a central role in structuring impactful renewable energy deals—some of which cover a significant share of Finland’s electricity consumption.
In this role, the Originator will drive deals from early-stage opportunity identification to final negotiations. Responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying leads, managing client relationships, coordinating meetings, and acting as a key link between producers, buyers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders. The Originator will work as part of a small, highly skilled team alongside Windly’s founders, contributing to both domestic and international PPA transactions.

Get ready for a high-energy spinning session with fun moves and an unbeatable vibe. Don’t worry if you’re new to spinning, no previous experience is needed. Just come as you are. The session starts at 18:00, so arrive at the venue 15 minutes earlier.
After the workout, the evening continues at August Associates’ office, where we’ll enjoy some delicious fresh dishes from Green Hippo. You’ll have the chance to connect and discuss with several of our consultants, including some of August’s own inspiring women, and hear why they’ve chosen consulting as a career path and August as their professional home.
