Are you passionate about venture capital and the blue economy? Redstone, a European venture capital firm known for its carefully selected investment strategies, is looking for an Associate to join their team at the Blue Economy Center in Turku.
About the Role
You will be part of Redstone’s 30-person team, working closely with the lead partner to identify, analyze, and evaluate new investment opportunities. You’ll also support portfolio companies, manage funds, and participate in the creation and fundraising of a new blue economy-focused fund. You will contribute to regional VC funds and the DEFINE defense tech startup accelerator.
What We Are Looking For
- A proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- A relevant degree (commercial or technical field)
- Previous experience in startups, consulting, or VC
- Interest in blue economy and venture capital
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Finnish and English
