Hello there dear ISM students!

We at Columbia Road are now looking for new friends to work with next summer or even in the spring already. We’re a 5-year-old digital sales consultancy challenging the old ways of running ecommerce and digital business. Not only to sell more, but to sell better. Our company spirit is one of a true start-up, but with an infusion of hard-core experience in digital business. We believe in giving a lot of responsibility and freedom to our employees. As a digital marketer, you are excited about growth hacking and interested in results-oriented marketing.  You might work on projects ranging from simple search engine marketing to setting up analytics and tagging frameworks for our clients, or maybe you’re more analytics-driven and you love data crunching, dashboards and reporting.

As a sales associate, you are able to combine your knowledge of digital sales and of business development and bring that directly to the clients. You’ll be helping companies reach their highest potential in digital sales. We are using cutting-edge sales development practices and tools from the leading Silicon Valley companies. You’ll be a frontrunner in this field in Europe!

As a UX/UI designer, you understand the client and their customers, prioritise use cases and features, create mockups and prototypes and test them. You are also able to work together with developers to make your designs a reality. You want your creative work to have a bigger impact than just creating the look & feel and UI of the products and services you’re working on.

As a software developer, you are interested in what happens under the hood of modern digital sales channels, and how to create a positive impact on the client’s business through tech.
