Tesi is now looking for new Investment Analyst Trainees to join both its Fund Investment and Direct Investment teams. This full-time, fixed-term traineeship (5–6 months) will begin in January 2026, depending on your availability.

Regardless of which team you work in, you will participate in market and industry research, investment opportunity assessment, and material preparation for decision-making and market insights. As an Investment Analyst Trainee, you will be an integral part of Tesi’s investment teams and will participate in meetings and interviews with both our current as well as potential new investment opportunities. In addition, you will help in our portfolio management together with other investment team members. We value a general understanding of company financials and economic development, but first and foremost we are looking for a person with an eye for detail and eagerness to learn. Requirements:
A student at Aalto University with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude. Background in data-driven fields or research is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Key Tasks:
– Communicate with researchers and faculty
– Contribute to datahub.aalto.fi development – Write communications like newsletters
– Manage AUDH email and handle user queries
– Assist in promotional activities and awareness campaigns
– Maintain records of licenses and research programs
– Support the development of AUDH services

This position can be flexibly combined with studies and working hours vary but are generally flexible
