GETTING THERE: Bus number 345 from Helsinki Central Railway Station or your own ride. We will go together with the bus leaving at 11.05.
WHO: All ISM + BA students

It’s time to take your backpack and head to the peaceful nature for Aalto BT’s Sunday Hike! Discover the beauty of nature in the scenic Luukki trail surrounded by crisp autumn air and the
vibrant colors of ”ruska” time.

Together we’ll go on an adventure to Nuuksio’s beautiful nature paths, hike the 8,6km Luukki Yellow Trail (more info about the trail) and enjoy good company and snacks.

You can come to Nuuksio – Luukki with public transport by bus 345, or organize your own ride. Note that it’s your responsibility to be there on time and find the rest of the group if you come late.

During the trip Aalto BT will offer you light snacks but you can bring your own food for outside grilling etc. if there is a possibility to make fire. You will need a water bottle, appropriate clothing and backpack. Swimming suit can be useful if you want to take a dip in one of the lakes along the route. The hike will happen unless there is a huge storm so dress accordingly!

Badminton with BT

Aalto BT invites you to smash and clear with other students for Badminton with BT

Unwind after the week and get your blood pumping for evening shenanigans! Whether you’re a seasoned player or a complete beginner, this event is open to all skill levels.

We have reserved several badminton courts at Otahalli (UniSport Otaniemi) on Friday 6.10. for 1 hour between 15.00-16.00. You bring your indoor sports shoes and racquet.

Aalto BT’s Inaugural Annual Ball

Welcome to the first ever Aalto BT Annual Ball!

As the Finns say: a dear child has many names. Over it’s existence, our subject club was known as KY-Piste and Aalto ISM before setting for Aalto Business Technology. This year we are celebrating our sweet sixteen: 15 + 1 year old baby BT.

The exciting celebration will take place at the spirited Pirunkirkko Banquet Hall in the lovely marine landscape of Suomenlinna, with a delicious feast, satisfying refreshments and most delightful spectacles by top entertainers.

The Annual Ball takes place at Pirunkirkko Banquet Hall, Suomenlinna on Saturday 21.10.

Doors open at 17.30 for a welcome drink, and the program starts at 18.00.

The price is 55 € and includes a full-course meal, refreshments and live performances. Dresscode is cocktail or dark suit with academic badges of honor.

We are calling all captains, first mates, and sailors of Aalto to get your sea legs ready to celebrate the end of the semester. We set sail when the sun is hot, and the seas are high! So, bring out the gangplank, board the sunlines boat and let the captain take the wheel

On Saturday the 27th of May, three subject clubs take you to The Summer Boat Party where we sail Helsinki’s coastline complete with live DJs, a floating bar, and scenic views ?

We will begin the event at 1100 at Kauppatori for sparkling wine and other non-alcoholic refreshments ?

The boat will depart at 1200 from Kauppatori and return at 1530. We ask you to arrive on time for the refreshments and to ensure all 212 attendees are onboard and ready to party ?

This event is open for all students of Aalto university who are ready to begin enjoying the summer with a bountiful boating bonanza!
