About the Role
You will be part of Redstone’s 30-person team, working closely with the lead partner to identify, analyze, and evaluate new investment opportunities. You’ll also support portfolio companies, manage funds, and participate in the creation and fundraising of a new blue economy-focused fund. You will contribute to regional VC funds and the DEFINE defense tech startup accelerator.

What We Are Looking For
