Tesi is now looking for new Investment Analyst Trainees to join both its Fund Investment and Direct Investment teams. This full-time, fixed-term traineeship (5–6 months) will begin in January 2026, depending on your availability.

Regardless of which team you work in, you will participate in market and industry research, investment opportunity assessment, and material preparation for decision-making and market insights. As an Investment Analyst Trainee, you will be an integral part of Tesi’s investment teams and will participate in meetings and interviews with both our current as well as potential new investment opportunities. Windly is a commercial advisor specializing in Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), connecting renewable energy producers with large-scale electricity buyers. With experience on both buy-side and sell-side mandates, Windly plays a central role in structuring impactful renewable energy deals—some of which cover a significant share of Finland’s electricity consumption.

In this role, the Originator will drive deals from early-stage opportunity identification to final negotiations. Responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying leads, managing client relationships, coordinating meetings, and acting as a key link between producers, buyers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders. Get ready for a high-energy spinning session with fun moves and an unbeatable vibe. Don’t worry if you’re new to spinning, no previous experience is needed. Just come as you are. The session starts at 18:00, so arrive at the venue 15 minutes earlier.

After the workout, the evening continues at August Associates’ office, where we’ll enjoy some delicious fresh dishes from Green Hippo. You’ll have the chance to connect and discuss with several of our consultants, including some of August’s own inspiring women, and hear why they’ve chosen consulting as a career path and August as their professional home.
