We are seeking students who are eager to bring their dedication and motivation to resolve challenges of all sizes. At BCG, we highly value your accomplishments, curiosity, and uniqueness. Remember, your potential knows no bounds!

As a Visiting Associate, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and be mentored by experienced BCG professionals. Together, you will work on projects where you co-create solutions alongside our valued clients. You will have specific responsibilities within the team, gaining a comprehensive 360-degree perspective on life at BCG. Our internships typically span two months, offering flexible start dates in 2025.

We welcome students from various university programs who view their degree as just the beginning and still have a few more years of studies left before graduation. After a successfully completed internship, you may be offered to return to BCG as a full-time Associate upon the completion of your university studies. Are you interested in building a career in the field of M&A or management consulting? We are now looking for trainees to both our Deals and Consulting groups. Within these groups, we have several specialized teams providing different services and trainee positions. Read more and apply latest by 18.2.

You are an ideal candidate and will fit into our team if you have a genuine interest towards business and delivery of high quality advisory services, and have passion to learn new things quickly and ability to develop and bring up new ideas. You are comfortable with working both independently and in teams on a project basis and have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

In Deals, our trainees typically are within their 3rd to 5th year of studies. Traineeship is also a possible path to a full time employment. In Consulting, we hope that an ideal candidate will graduate within 6-12 months or has already graduated (trainees have the possibility to work full time and continue permanently after the trainee period).

Interested in management consulting and eager to learn of the daily lives of a consultant? Want to hear how we work to accelerate sustainability and make an impact? We are happy to invite you to spend a casual morning with some of our consultants from BCG Helsinki Office!  

During this relaxed get-together, our consultants will share insights on consulting as a career path and on their daily work. Our internship application period is open, and you’ll hear everything about our internships and application process as well. Besides networking and everything else mentioned, you’ll get to enjoy a delicious breakfast during the morning.  

The event is targeted towards university students who identify as women from all fields of study, preferably in their 2nd year of studies and up. Seats for this event are limited. BCG: 1-to-1 chats with BCG Consultants

Dear Aalto Business student,

Have you ever wanted to have a one-to-one chat with a BCG consultant and ask everything you’ve been having on your mind regarding management consulting and BCG? Now you have an unique chance to do that in our very casual mini mentoring event in our BCG Helsinki Office on Thursday, February 15th, starting at 18:00.

During the evening you’ll have the chance to have a one-to-one chat with one of our consultants for approximately 20 minutes. You can ask everything you have on your mind regarding for example consulting in general, projects they work with, BCG as a workplace, case interviews, or you can spend the time just to have a casual chat about everything mentioned and get to know each other!

While others are having the one-to-one sessions, you can network with other BCGers and your fellow students elsewhere and enjoy pizza from Via Tribunali and drinks. The event is targeted towards students preferably in their 2nd-year of studies and up.
