Strategy&’s Helsinki office offers internships for university students with approximately
1–3 years of studies left. We are looking for driven individuals who are curious to create
value in strategic topics our clients face. In candidates, we value initiative, the ability
to thrive in a team, and sharp analytical skills to drive innovative solutions. The full-time
internship will last 8–12 weeks. We are hiring interns for the year 2025.


Your role as a Strategy Consultant Intern
As an intern at Strategy&, you will work as a consultant and project team member
on client assignments. Typically, you will conduct various business analyses, build
financial models, prepare sections of client presentations, and participate in client
and team meetings.
